Decent starting point, poor culture, terrible pay

Pros

Established training program to upskill sales expertise even if you do not have background

Cons

Very poor compensation with a particularly punitive quota / commission structure. The OTE they advertise does not account for the fact that you only get half of your commission in the first year. Local leadership in New York is good, but the overall corporate structure is horrifically misguided

Pros

I wish there were pros to mention other than making friends that will last for a while. I would highly recommend choosing who you talk to very carefully if you do decide to choose this company as your employer.

Cons

You will be paid far less for the work you do vs. what you should be paid, you will be more stressed in the environment they have here (as opposed to several other IT-related or AI-based companies), and you will never feel the proper satisfaction or happy feeling as an employee who thinks they are leaving a great impact on others when you start to learn about the company's past. Simply put, if you choose to work here, I wish you the best but you will need to de-stress more than you ever have in your life.

can’t think of any besides health insurance

Cons

-Shady upper management -lack of diversity in age or race -does not care about their employees -Lip service to being open to change only to go back to doing it the old way -Questionable/ Discriminatory hiring practices -Terrible below market pay
