Great Product. Inspiring co-workers. Cybersec industry is growing rapidly and this company is at the cusp of the AI movement.

Cons

I can’t even put into words how awful the sales management is. Within the first 6 months that no matter how much revenue I brought, I would always be looked at as nothing more than a foot soldier; a cog of the Darktrace sales machine. Favoritism runs rampant in this organization. If management doesn’t like you, it doesn’t matter how successful you are. You’ll always be treated like you’re worthless.

Cons

Bad Mangement and commission structure. Take this job if you want to skip being a BDR and go straight to being an AE out of college. If you are already an AE avoid like a plague. You can surpass quota and still not make OTE.
