Pros

Was a good group of colleagues that I was working alongside with. Benefits aren't bad but don't go much beyond healthcare, commuter benefits, and I think that's it.

Cons

Management is awful so don't expect much there. They have the mentality that you are going to stay in your position forever if you are a SDR. It's a toxic environment that will make you hate your life and if you want to join, do as much as you can and make sure you work with people to make your resume look good, since you are going to want to leave in about 6 months.

Pros

Young crowd that can be fun. Lunch on Friday’s.

Cons

Extremely low pay. No manager team. no growth/slow growth..fake promises Employees are seen as disposable. Constantly traveling (more than 90%). No path career. If you’re young and looking for a successful jump start into a company look elsewhere. Just look at how long people at the company last.

Pros

Hard to think of any.

Cons

Snake oil. The sales process has very little to do with sales and much more to do with begging and pushing customers to buy a product quickly and with little understanding of how it can even help them. Darktrace has maybe 4-5 customer stories that exemplify the success of the software but other than that they’re just boasting about a Mclaren partnership that no one cares about. Disgusting environment. Management has no idea what they are doing especially when leadership is solely structured from former sales people who were good at bringing in sales but cannot run a team to save their life. Extremely sexist environment. Surviving here is based on fear that you’re either going to get fired for not performing well enough or being constantly reminded that the turnover is so high so if you stay it’s somehow a badge of honor. Beware of any company that while training you says “we have no competition” because not only is it untrue, it shows they have no understanding of the market and their product’s place in it. The CRM is internally built and quite possibly the shittiest platform ever created. Massive amount of admin work for no reason. The pay is TERRIBLE. You don’t make commission until maybe the end of your first year? Not worth it for experience, not worth it for your mental health. Management and leadership act like working here is the best thing that could ever happen to you when in reality, it’s a nightmare you feel like you can’t wake up from. Do not apply here if you actually want to be successful. I wish I never worked here and I wish I took the time to read and consider the negative reviews on here before even going through the interview process. Save yourself.
