      Pros

      There is the potential to make a lot of money (150k/ year), but it isn't easy to do it. You are given very little help and do 95% of prospecting on your own (cold calls, cold emails, you name it). The company growth is exciting.

      Cons

      Little guidance from management. Targets seem reachable at first but you get burnt out very quickly. You will be flying somewhere every week.

      Pros

      Co workers, and a nice building I gusss I enjoyed working with my peers who are supportive.

      Cons

      -No benefits except health insurance, low pay, several changes in commissions -Poor communication, no help from the managers, lots of pressure, not enough training, no group huddles with the entire sales team, no communication on any updates within the company/products (you have to read articles to find out) -Micromanagement to the max -no growth/slow growth..fake promises

      Pros

      - fun people though everyone in inside or outside sales is looking for a new opportunity ASAP - young environment - some commission - good health dental etc - if you are an AE you don’t get anything through inside sales.

      Cons

      - extreme micromanagement - one track path (sales) - favoritism and corrupt management - no training - extreme unprofessional behavior - have to fight for your own commission - super cheep: keep say we are growing but 0 reward... - no 401k Everyone who is in inside or outside sales is on their way out. Darktrace hires awesome employees, yet looses them in a 6month to 1 year period due to their own lack of investment. Culture is awful. They recruit young athletes to exploit their work ethic but give them 0 tools, compensation etc.
