      Pros

      - Lots of freedom to choose what you work on, trusted to complete work without any micromanaging - Interesting products and lots to learn - After the acquisition by Thoma Bravo, upper management has been communicating a lot more with the rest of the company which was lacking before - Employee feedback is acted on

      Cons

      - Compensation is somewhat lackluster (pitiful employer pension contributions, mediocre salary for a HCOL city) - 9:30am start but 6:00pm finish which is a bit late

      Pros

      - Things move fast - you can learn a lot if you're willing to work hard - Some people are smart - Easy interview (no Leetcode!), good place to start if you haven't done the interview prep grind - Most people are pretty friendly and easy to work with Basically not terrible for new grads if you don't know enough Leetcode for FAANG - probably stay a year or two before you find a real tech job

      Cons

      - Pay is a bit low - ...so some people are pretty dumb - avoid them and you'll be fine - Very strong culture of dishonesty and information-hiding - ...particularly around the core "self-learning AI" tech - basically there is no "self-learning AI", it's just very simple anomaly detection - Basically just standard crappy enterprise SaaS software, all the revenue is driven by marketing + sales
