job growth, sustainability, interactivity, good benefits and lots of on the job training

Cons

Just like many employers, you only get out what you put in. If you are happy where you are, you won't be pushed in to a different level/position. But can be frustrating as well if you want to make a move and are too reserved to promote yourself. Each facility runs a little differently, a bad experience at one plant is not necessarily indicative of the entire company.

Not any that I can think of. The corp. Office might be ok, but not at the plant levels

Cons

There is not a path to move up. Very authoritarian. The managers only care about making money, they forget the employees are the ones who make them the money. It does not matter how hard you work or how much you try to learn, you will not move up in the company.

The Pay and overtime and the benefits are great, plenty of things to learn and your co workers are really cool

Cons

Not enough people , extremely long hours for 2nd shift, poor management , extreme lack of communication- maintenance is a joke
