The company pays well. There are always chances for over time. Other than that I don’t see very many pros.

Cons

Overtime is not optional if they need you you are to work. Management does not care about your personal life only theirs. Poor communication. Holds grudges for things that are out of your control. Inventory is always a mess.

Your not paid for what you know, you need a good bit of experience or know someone to get in, hard work is not noticed, not for the weak stomach
