Pros

Decent pay but salary is based upon 50 hour work week, which is not disclosed to you until after you start.

Cons

Toxic culture, Managers look to bad mouth other managers and point out in front of employees what they are doing wrong. Open disregard for employees, as they will constantly make fun of employees behind their backs. Zero training and on-boarding and assistance to develop.

Pros

Some freedom Very good co workers A lot of responsibility Rewarding if job done well Good health insurance Some customers are very pleasant Stability

Cons

Excessive change Learned 4-5 new sales processes in about a year Freedom isn't real there due to incredibly excessive micromanaging. Very large disconnect between senior leadership and account managers. Antiquated process for ordering indoor equipment. Virtually zero interest in developing employees for long term success. Asked to juggle way too many hats. Depending on your location, ops can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. Company's long term vision doesn't seem sustainable Ops has no respect for your time, efforts, or accomplishments. Lucky to get a 1-2% raise / year Bonus system is arbitrarily determined. No continual training or development

Pros

The company offers awesome benefits - you will not find better in the area. The office is also in a pretty low traffic area so it's a generally stress free commute. There is also a corporate gym that is free for employee use.

Cons

Pay grade is not consistent across the company. Flexible hours and working from home is mostly non-existent unless you are shown favoritism from your supervisor.
