as a long term employee i have seen alot of people and and i watched the company grow at a rapid speed. things are changing every day the struggle with keeping up with change is a downside to work for the company. the lack of leadership and the down talking and the way they have become is in no way shape or form worth the stress that can be throwed on a person, we have upper management that really doesnt understand what the workers actually do in the field. i think if upper managment had to work in the field for one week they would have a whole new look at the business. they need to put the shoe on the other foot and take a real look how they treat people. as a manager myself i never ttreated my employees the way i was treated. understanding companies are in business to make money but with out the workers there wouldnt be any money. i hope one day they finally see the light.

Leadership (GM) is horrible!! Complete lack of direction. Treats people like their beneath him. Middle managers and the labor....are what keep that facility, running. GM needs to remember the golden rule!!
