      Growth, Darling is Worldwide. Senior management has experience in the industry. They do a good job of recognizing employees when they exceed expectations.

      Cons

      Several bosses to answer to. Expectations are very high. Challenging to answer to large amount of customers.

      stable job if you don't screw up

      Cons

      Management does not like to promote from within. Some GMs have no management experience or even a college education which does not bode well for managing facilities. Inept GM = poor production and profit....DUH!
