Arrogant leadership devoid of vision

Pros

Honestly a great place to work most of the time. Best work/life balance I have seen in my career. Some really great people.

Cons

Appalling lack of courage and vision within leadership ranks. Handful of voices make decisions while others kowtow to them. Favoritism abounds and CEO doesn't have the guts to take out the trash.

In my experience, the leadership at this company is weak and primarily focused on their own interests. Management often appeared disorganized and lacked the competence necessary to support their teams effectively. HR does not serve as a resource for employees—instead, they seem primarily concerned with protecting management, regardless of the situation. In my opinion, the company has shown a willingness to bend or even break rules when it suits their agenda, which raises serious ethical concerns.
