Pros

Dress code, company store can purchase some products at a discounted rate.

Cons

Micro managing. Rules are not consistent in the department. Time away from your desk is monitored to the extreme for some while others it is not. Management does not promote on quality of work only if your one of their favorites. The department can feel like high school at times. This is a dead end position. Only start in this position to apply to another department. The position as CSR has a high turnover rate. Low pay for the amount of responsibilities.

Pros

Great people, great work life balance, benefits of a large company in a small town, not stuffy and uptight like other corporate environments I have worked in, good future outlook for the company, good health plans, great gym and cafe.

Cons

Low pay, difficulty in getting good data, maybe grown too much too fast, siloing between departments, some employees seem to not have much oversight and just slack all day. As the company grows parking and traffic seem to get worse and worse.

Pros

Dart focuses on nurturing its employees and promotes from within. Many people have been with the company since more than 30 years and have climbed to executive positions from the ground up. If you want stability and long-term career Dart is the place for that. Company offers good benefits.

Cons

The growth is painfully slow. Training approach for new hires is ridiculous and very inefficient. The sheer number and length of daily meetings reduces productivity to zero.
