Great, family-oriented atmosphere and welcoming people. Gained a lot through the program working in different departments.

Cons

Work wasn't always challenging, and I often got busywork over meaningful work.

Decent pay, you can quit when you want too. That's it.

Cons

No training, long hours, terrible management, your a janitor and mechanic at the same time. Mostly janitor

Pros

Work load is manageable and fun at times. You get recognized for the work you do. The job isn't that stressful. Good work / life balance. Nice family oriented company.

Cons

Of all the work that you do, in the end you are just making cups which isn't exactly exciting. Dart seems very stingy about some policies and honestly makes you feel uncomfortable at times
