Business Outlook
Pros
Good working environment, good benefits with reasonable pay. Work from home office, for salespeople and company car. You are treated fairly and honestly and HR and upper management seems to generally care about the wellbeing of employees. They promote from with in so if you want to move around the country you can move up the ladder more quickly than if you in one area.
Cons
Pay is not top in the industry but that might be one reason they are still in business. Management tends to be hired from within and that fosters a bit of a micro management atmosphere. Some managers are more so than others.
