If you're not related to management, or a buddy from the now closed Baltimore plant, then you have zero chance to progress with this company. Guy screws the plant superintendent's daughter, and gets a massive promotion. He's only in his mid 20's with minimal experience. Plant manager brings in several guys from Baltimore, and they get any and all lead, supervisor, or management jobs that become available. Rampant discrimination. Many of management are bikers, and couldn't pass a drug test to save their lives. Overall poor management. Hopefully Dart corporate will get around to cleaning up the Dallas plant, because the upper management seem really sore about the Dart buyout of Solo Cup. They constantly degrade Dart, while praising Solo. You can get a job here, just not a career.
