At Dashlane everyone has the opportunity to impact the future of the company

Pros

+ The live products in the market are super successful and provide a great sense of pride and motivation + There's a great social environment, there are always several Dashlaners out and about during the week + There is no status-quo here, things change, things improve, there is no sense of 'daily toil' + A data driven organisation, all ideas are welcome, but they need to be backed up by data in order to survive + Autonomy - I've found this a place where my curiosity and initiative can thrive

Cons

It's not required all the time, but there will be moments when everyone needs to put in many long hours, but it's almost always for a good reason and the results are worth it.

Pros

- Super smart and friendly coworkers. Probably the best thing in this company! - Great product in which everybody believe. It's refreshing to work for a company where people actually value the product and defend it! - Competent and accessible management team - Cool office in central New York

Cons

You won't get a 9 to 5 job at Dashlane... there is a lot of work to be done (as in most startups!) and this often means longer hours

Pros

- Having a meaningful impact on the product and seeing what I do implemented - Working with a motivated and skilled team - No politics, everyone tries to do what she thinks is best for the company - Great communication from management with the team about strategy - Very interesting product to work on

Cons

- Switching quickly from one project to another can be exausting
