Pros

Company is very flexible, young and dynamic. As a part of it from a very early stage, I was able to see how the company grows, and have learned a lot from our team. Work life balance is excellent having in mind that it's a startup. Hours are flexible, and the most important part is that results matter, not time spent in the office. People in the office are young, super smart, very friendly and eager to help, which really helps in day to day tasks. Everyone is focused on making the product better, stronger, smarter.

Cons

Having offices in both New York and Paris, it's sometimes to arrange a meeting in the morning as we're 6hrs difference.

- The startup is a growing startup with millions of users, have impact and face real technical challenges - The company culture is build around transparency and communication, everyone can speak and be heard - The people are really smart, in every field (engineering, marketing, analytics, ...) and you learn every day - Foosball and Xbox are a daily ritual

Cons

- A lot of work, and often extended hours in the evening

True tech startup so everyone has to be scrappy and hands on.
