      Great company with great potential

      Pros

      The people are nice and work together well. When a problem arises, people pull together to figure things out and help each other. It feels like family and there is a strong sense of ownership in the products and services that are developed and supported. DCI has a 401K and profit sharing - something unusual with employers this day and age. The wide age range of employees working at DCI leaves plenty of room for promotion.

      Its a place you go to retire or if you are just starting out.

      Pros

      Salary and flexible schedule. Most of the people are good people. Every holiday off.

      Cons

      You will never be promoted unless you have the right last name. Avoid the Technical department unless you are a jock and have no regard for your coworkers It is a snake pit. People get held back because of political reasons.
