      Pros

      The people are great, you get a sense of family. Benefits package and 401(k) plan are pretty standard. Great if you are content with never moving up in an organization.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities to grow or be promoted. Senior Management judgment and decisions making needs to be evaluated. Employees needs are not always put first. Low transparency in the organization. Claim to have an open-door policy. Not everyone is treated equally.
