      Pros

      No place else to work in Hutchinson. Most employees are hard workers but independent thinking is not encouraged.

      Cons

      Clueless Senior Mgt . Company is so far behind the curve with technology and can’t catch up. Sr. Management ignores the Covid virus so everyone keeps getting sick ! They are holding a February group meeting off site in a Covid hot spot but don’t care/are oblivious. Attendees will just bring the virus back to other employees and family. Work here if you can’t leave Hutch. Do NOT move here. This place is like a cult and Hutchinson is a ghost town.
