Pros

Manager really cares about growth, people are really incredible, and there's a lot of transparency from upper management about company's growth

Cons

Small company, sometimes of the older employees are a bit stuck in their ways and resistant to change.

Pros

Our technology touches the patient and that is why I feel good about working at DI. They have competitive wages and benefits. Accepting to listen to new ideas and ways to be innovative.

Cons

No mentor-ship or structured training program for employees wanting to move up into management. Some office cattiness. Morale is ok, but not great.

Interesting work, co-workers can be supportive, technology slowly being modernized.

Cons

Very management heavy with unclear roles. Energies spent trying to boost morale and employee buy-in through emotional appeal while often treating concerns as obstructions and noise. Asked us to post positive reviews here. Pay seems below industry average.
