The first thing I noticed about DataLab USA was that I see people here who are incredible at programming, analytics, marketing, client services, and administration, who genuinely like their work and their co-workers. It's a great feeling to come to work and be happy to be here, and really like the people that you spend 8 hrs. a day with 5 days a week. This group of people at DataLab USA are amazing. They are supportive, caring, and encouraging. I know other companies expect their employees to be on-call 24 hours a day, which is very restrictive; DataLab encourages a good work/life balance Supportive team, great work/life balance, great medical benefits, 401k, very intelligent co-workers.
