      Pros

      DataLab USA is a relatively small place, and senior management implements the best / most effective ideas from all employees. Good ideas rise to the top, and good people do as well.

      Cons

      Long working hours and very few holidays. Since DataLab USA has a variety of clients, employees do not know from one year to the next what client(s) they will be serving.
