      Pretty easy to get hired in.....

      Cons

      Anyone can get in.... Former 25B's or 25N's hired in as Satellite Technicians with little to non existent experience in troubleshooting or standard operations of Satcom Equipment. Perception is reality and the perception is, higher level offices are not supporting their people in the field through either pure ignorance or plain lack of caring.

      Recently changed to a decent medical insurance plan.

      Cons

      Everything. Work schedule: 12 hours a day, 7 days a week totaling 84 hours a week. Paid only for 40 hours because each employee are classified as salary. Bonus is paid out 4 months later.
