Work hours were only 8 hours per day.

Cons

Paychecks would often have mistakes. Policies would often change without notice or warning and they only ever benefited the company.

Cons

They will just drop you in whatever country you are in and good luck getting home. Don't matter if there is a pandemic or not. You might get a plane ticket, maybe.
