Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and I appreciate your feedback on the company. As a company we require all our employees at all levels to adhere to our code of conduct. Sometimes a misunderstanding happens. We have our policies in our handbook which encourages employees to report any bad practices to a manger so that it can be resolved.

High stress with very high work load. Leadership only cares about bringing in new clients, not much regard for employees.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. The overall rating is severely skewed by the staged, artificial ones left during the inception of this company. Leadership has no idea what they're doing and they treat their employees very poorly. That works top to bottom as management is also terrible as well. Many of times, VPs throw their own teammates under the bus. Many managers, engineers, and specialists are typically very smart and very nice, however, the people leading these smart cookies are dumb as rocks. The culture is nothing like other Silicon Valley startups. Don't come here.
