Solid name recognition, cool CEO.

Cons

Depending on whether you are a "hunter" or "farmer", and depending on the specific sub industry (hospitals versus pharma/biotech) - your job can be smooth sailing or an uphill battle of epic proportions. If you are in this camp, political 'goodwill' is critical to keep your job (also manager dependent), and even more critical to get the ever elusive growth AE promotion. Promotions are extremely limited,

-Bleeding edge but also foundational technology for the great AI cycle -Large company with a startup culture; very few blockers to communication with key leaders -Opportunity for career growth

Cons

-The company moves so fast that what is new one week can be old the next. Not much of a con if you're comfortable with that pace. -No 401k match
