      Mediocre management ruins work and culture

      Fantastic technology, platform, top executive team, vision, and people /experts (engineers, architects, etc.).

      Cons

      I believe that, unfortunately, the bad, mediocre managers, the unnecessary micro-management taking so much time away from the important core work to do with customers, the bad aspects of AWS culture sweeping through, managers displaying backstabbing, unfair, contrary-to-company's-values and contrary-to-work-ethics and principles behavior, unchecked lies and retaliatory practices, incompetence and Dunning-Kruger effect in new Managers and Directors, are ruining the SAs work, our great work for our customers and the company's culture.

      - High pay - If your lucky and get good accounts that consume everyone thinks your a good seller

      Cons

      - ex-Salesforce leadership leads the FINS Org. They don't want ex-AWS people. ex-AWS folks were looked at lazy and pushed out despite leading in several consumption run-rate KPI categories.

      Pros

      You get free lunch every day. You get a new MacBook Pro. They have a great product that actually solve problems for business. The name is recognizable in the data analytics industry.

      If your not a white man you will not fit into the culture. I am not white, and I worked there for years. When I was hired there was some diversity with women and other ethnicities. Every internal emails about new hires include a photo. After a while I noticed most if not all of the people they hire are white men. They barely hire black people or women, why is that...
