Pros

Working with like minded folks who are super talented. Staying up to date with the latest and greatest in the space of Data and AI. Product and engineering teams are accessible and incredibly talented.

Cons

The go to market team has changed completely in the last two years and we now have corporate overlords from AWS and other cloud providers running the ship. The startup culture is slowly disappearing and work gets done by pointing fingers are sales people.

Pros

It's definitely an enjoyable place to work, good leadership, you're constantly challenged, you'll learn skills here that you can't get at most places, and essentially be forced to level up in a lot of ways.

Cons

work/life balance is pretty minimal. slack is always on, and teams are pretty understaffed. you'll basically be doing the work of 1.5-2 people with very few tools, so it's a tough place for a lot of people.
