      Pros

      Leadership Transparency, Innovation, and Execution are all amazing here. I've learned more in the last 4 years being at Databricks than I have in my entire career

      Cons

      Some things on the comp side still aren't where they should be with us moving to this consumption model and the opportunity to really make above OTE isnt like it used to be. You can be doing a really good job and moving forward with your customers but at times it can take years to get workloads from POC into production and thats the only way to make money with this model

      Pros

      Surrounded by very friendly and talented teammates. Very meaningful work in the market with a fast growing and great product offering.

      Cons

      Operations related to sales and billing are not mature and waste a lot of time and effort.

      Pros

      Databricks has an amazing product and everybody wants it.

      Cons

      but because the growth targets are so high no one can hit their number and overachieve on quota unless they get a giant whale of a deal. Also, their forecast methodology is absolutely terrible and drives sales reps insane.
