      Colleagues are helpful. I can approach colleagues from different department for help and they are helpful. A lot of learning opportunity from udemy to learning from colleagues. Welfare is good with swag packs and shirt time to time

      A lot of information to process as working in a fast paced industry

      Best decision I made moving to Datadog!

      Pros

      Genuinely a revolutionary product Great RSU. Company is growing exponentially. Free food & drinks in the office Fitness and telecommunications expensed up to a certain amount each month Everyday you learn something new, constant development Good career progression opportunities The people on the sales force are helpful, welcoming, nice and great fun

      Cons

      There is a long enough onboarding time to get fully ramped as it’s an outbound role. But it’s very rewarding, you learn and develop almost non stop.
