- Incredibly friendly and casual interview process - get a great insight into the people and the culture of the company. - the interview process is moved very swiftly - not a lot of wait times when awaiting feedback/next steps. - company is rapidly growing - great time to join the firm and always hiring. Enormous amount of benefits for full time employees - Stock units/ Healthcare/ Fitness expenses etc. - Very diverse workforce on a plethora of teams

Cons

Had to fault the process - Interviews currently hosted online.

- Collaborative culture - Huge culture of learning and getting better everyday -Been promoted 3 times in 3 years - Never the smartest person in the room at Datadog, standards are high which is great -No feeling of hierarchy, every level is accessible

Cons

- All roles are a challenge - Expectations are high from managers & Business - Not for everyone
