      - best in class sales training - good benefits - exposure to great brands/customers and complex challenges - ability to make an impact as things are still evolving - there is a lot of freedom to try out different approaches as we are entering new territories all the time (product, customers, go-to-market) - opportunity to build out your network within the dev/ops industry

      Cons

      - extreme workload due to constant growth/demand/urgency and too few people in the teams across the whole company - growing pains, some processes don't scale

      Solution is a great fit for todays challenges in the Cloud Transition. Customers love the product and it´s the best SaaS Product I have ever sold. Management up to the CRO are motivating and coaching a lot.

      Cons

      Competition is nearly in everywhere as Datadog covers a lot of use cases, but easy to win Deals, as Datadog combines all of these and have great Sales Engineers.
