No room to grow and company is focused on competition rather than customers

Great food and snacks. Company has potentially bright future. Great for fresh out of college.
Cons
The average age of the company is maybe mid to late 20s. The company hires young workers to burn them out and they move on, very few people had confidence in their career growth at the company. The company is late to the game in most product development and certifications (fedramp) while competition has secured advantages in those topics. This is causing a focus on sales rather than product development. With the quarantine in place, business will be affected because of the focus on the types of customers we rely on while or competition has larger rainy day fund than we do. The company itself has a potentially bright future but the direction of the company is not inspiring.
