      Pros

      - Building out an EMEA HQ for a company with such backing and rapid growth (ranked in the top 10 fastest growing companies in North America in Deloitte’s Fast 500, for example) - Amazing leadership, both top level and now mid-management, as we scale. Leaders who care, are hands on, and work with each individual to maximise their skill set. - Culture. The atmosphere and culture promotes positivity, collaboration, hard work, fun and success. - The product. Selling a product of true quality always helps. - Pre-IPO company and really a huge potential to advance your career internally, and your skill set even if one day you go elsewhere. - Very competitive salary structures.

      Cons

      - Dublin is still in start up mode and growing quickly. For most, this is part of the fun. If you don't want to work hard or can't adapt to challenges and changes, this isn't for you.

      Pros

      I've been in tech in NYC for more than 15 years, and I've never worked at a place I've enjoyed more. People are here to do excellent work. We use modern tech to solve very hard problems, and collaborate. It's an open, enthusiastic environment. Also the company has a real, successful business and is growing very fast. With that, there is a ton of career growth opportunity. We're solving crucial problems for companies of all sizes from brand new startups to Fortune 100s.

      Cons

      It can be hard to find a meeting room as we quickly expand space and grow, expand space and grow.

      - Building from the ground up - Datadog's Dublin office is still in the first months of it's inception. Growth has been rapid, and the culture is fantastic. - As early joiners, everyone has a say, and their contributions count. - The product is fantastic, and without one single platform rival. - Really collaborative culture across departments and team. - Fantastic leadership, managers encourage and facilitate rather than number crunch. - Not much of the traditional tech 'culture' being pushed, much more easygoing - Competitive wages - Fantastic perks

      Cons

      - Pro or con depending on the person, and less so as time passes, but as the Dublin office ramps, there's some responsibility to work things out yourself and be proactive
