On the emphasis for return to office - we do believe that there is a high value in in-person collaboration, but we also recognize and pride ourselves in being a flexible workplace in order to support employees. That is why we continue to operate as a hybrid workplace environment to allow employees and teams to find the balance that is appropriate for them. For our Solutions Engineers, we are continuing to build out a comprehensive program that rewards and recognizes ticket quality + quantity, among other things.
