Pros

I always knew Dataminr cared about their employees, but how they handled the pandemic really showed their true colors. From the jump Dataminr made sure all employees were working from home and had everything they needed. They added a monthly bonus to offset working from home, and sent care packages. Dataminr hosted numerous talks, discussions and events to help employees feel connected.

Cons

The company is moving quick and planning a 2023 IPO, so if you can't handle change this isn't the place for you.

Pros

The people. Challenging to find a more intelligent, quick thinking and friendly team. Domain Experts do amazing work. Benefits are good as well.

Cons

Shift-based work is exhausting and domain experts are expected to perform at very high standards and under immense pressure. You’re expected to carry the weight of the company’s performance on your shoulders, but are under appreciated and under recognized
