      I had a very thorough and careful interview process and had the benefit of meeting so many people and hearing many different perspectives before joining Dataminr. That process allowed for me to join fully prepared and ready for the challenges ahead. In the few short months I've been a part of the team I've found this organization to be remarkable almost in every way. The opportunity is immense, the people unmatched. I couldn't be more proud to be among this group.
