Pros

Dataminr is suck a good place to work! It’s only been a few months but I like it way more than my last job. Great benefits like free lunch, kombucha, and 20 days of vacation!

Cons

Not sure yet. I may update if I have more to add.

Pros

- Get the opportunity to work with great people with very interesting backgrounds - The recent hires have been great and have brought a real diversity of thought and process - The product has real, demonstrated positive impact - Perks like free lunches, gym reimbursement, flexible work hours

Cons

- Dysfunctional management and lack of transparency within the organization - Lack of diversity at the management level - Poor communication as company grows very quickly - Lack of trust between different groups within the organization - Compensation is lower than average for the industry

Shift work can make life difficult , especially when having to work night shifts; tough to really move up in company
