      Pros

      - Benefits - Growing DEI programming - Learning and development opportunities - Products that make a real difference. There is negative press around the public sector solution, but they get it wrong or take things out of context for the most part.

      Cons

      - COO and CEO severely lack empathy and any form of emotional intelligence. - The DEI team and chief people officer are great, but there are glaring pockets of racism and misogyny across the company that are consciously overlooked for the sake of sales. The first bullet prevents real action on this one.

      Schedule and job description were changed without notice Work/life balance is minimal Late shift hours in the Seattle office are difficult to balance with family, relationships, or other priorities Management is often inaccessible or unresponsive to employee concerns

      Pros

      The people that actually do the work are terrific. I enjoyed my team a lot.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism among senior and executive leadership, to the point that experienced professionals coming in don't stand a chance to either break through and join the "cool kids" club, or even be considered for promotions in a fair manner. I used to think the work I created would be recognized and rewarded, but instead I have a leader who represents my work as his. He is part of the cool club without concern for anyone but himself.
