Thank you for this review. We always value feedback that enables us to be a place that employees like you can feel proud of every single day. Our commitment to building a strong and diverse workforce underpins everything we do, so I’m pleased our efforts are making a difference to you. From the start of the COVID-19 crisis, our first priority has been our people. It’s incredibly important to the Executive Leadership team that everyone feels safe and supported during this time which is why we took decisive action at the earliest stages of this pandemic. We know this is a stressful time for many of our employees, so we encourage everyone to take the time they need to recharge. If that is ever an issue, please reach out directly to me or anyone on the People Team at HR@dataminr.com. We continually strive to do better, and we’ll look to take on board your comments around greater transparency, accountability and how we can improve our approach to strengthening a global mindset among our teams.
