Pros

To be clear, as per the Cons below, no company is perfect and this is no exception. But I would say every day presents a new challenge, and not in a bad way. From what I have seen, the best performers are those who are willing to be flexible, try new things and come up with new ways to do things better. Unsurprisingly, those DEs are usually the ones that are promoted.
I'm here because I love this job and the opportunity it provides.
Cons
-- Seattle hours are 15:00 - 23:00 and that is tough on anyone with a family, or wanting a social life.
-- Communication needs to keep improving. DEs are not always kept entirely in the loop about what major changes are coming.
