      Pros

      Passionate exec leadership and many hardworking determined individuals. Good pay/benefits in exchange for forfeiting any work-life balance, despite employees personal lives being stressed by top level leadership as a key aspect in maintaining strong experienced workforce

      Cons

      Total disconnect between Exec leadership/corporate ideals (the "vision/plans") and plant level leadership (The reality). At all levels of management there seems to be a fear of what may happen/looking bad if they were to actually speak or report the truth to their superiors -resulting in a fantasy vs real life scenariowhich ultimately impacts the ability to ACTUALLY make progress for the organization.

      Overtime available, free insurance, 2 weeks of vacation after a year of seniority.

      Cons

      Near minimum wage income, overly rude management, union makes it nearly impossible to have resolution to many problems.
