      Growing but struggling with management/productivity.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Backed up by a union. Pay is relatively good for this area of Michigan. Work is also easy. Opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Management demands for production numbers at the cost of quality. Mandatory weekends. Having to depend on co-workers for productivity.

      Good place to work. People are very friendly. Work Ethics are so so. Benefits are very good compared to OEMs. Dental and Health Insurance are good. Annual health checks ups done at AAM

      Always overloaded with work. Business etiquette is nil. Employees should be given training related to manners and etiquette.

      Pros

      Good pay,got along with everybody. Plenty of Vacation time and personal time. This is a UAW shop they make a good product.

      Cons

      Sometimes supervisors can be put under a lot of pressure witch is then passed on down the line. Union can be ineffective at times.
