      Pros

      Was a great paying job that supported a family with great benefits.

      Cons

      All work is being outsourced to other countries. How they can call themselves "American Axle" still defies logic.

      Pros

      Passionate exec leadership and many hardworking determined individuals. Good pay/benefits in exchange for forfeiting any work-life balance, despite employees personal lives being stressed by top level leadership as a key aspect in maintaining strong experienced workforce

      Cons

      Total disconnect between Exec leadership/corporate ideals (the "vision/plans") and plant level leadership (The reality). At all levels of management there seems to be a fear of what may happen/looking bad if they were to actually speak or report the truth to their superiors -resulting in a fantasy vs real life scenariowhich ultimately impacts the ability to ACTUALLY make progress for the organization.
