Pros

They were EXTREMELY accommodating to me after the passing of a close relative and went above and beyond for my family during that time. They have given me opportunities to grow my position and branch out into other things, and during so, I have been welcomed with open arms by the other staff. And the amount of car knowledge I've gained throughout working here has been super cool!

Cons

The pay for my position is a little hard to live off of in this economy and the hours make it a little difficult to balance another job on top of it.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities and they are always finding ways to make everyone feel connected. the benefits are great and they care about their people, making sure that they are taken care of.

Cons

The car business is always changing, between inventory, pricing, customer availability. sometimes getting to our quotas is hard.

Pros

I absolutely love my work atmosphere. Everyone is kind and caring. If I ever have an issue there is always someone there to help me and teach me. My boss Teresa is beyond amazing. She is helpful and always there to assist in anything I need. This company has always been understanding of me being a single mom and sometimes having to leave to pick up my son if he was sick or if I had to stay home with him. I have never been made to feel bad about putting my child first. I've worked for companies before who weren't understanding at all about that. I truly value my boss and the people here at Davidson.

Cons

I wish we closed a little earlier because people think 7 means 8. Its not an everyday thing but sometimes its crappy getting out so late.
