Pros
These are by far the best people I have ever had a chance to work with. They know their business, I have learned more here than I have in the 4 years I spent getting my Bachelors in Business. They truly care about their employees on a personal level. Quick to acknowledge accomplishments and a job well done and when mistakes are made give an opportunity to learn and correct. There are not really anything I don't love about working here
Cons
Health insurance. It's ok- relatively low cost but high deductible. It's the only thing I'd change if I could.
