Pros

There are enough hours, basic benefits are fine, there’s some training depending on what job you have, typically not asked to work much beyond capabilities

Cons

Employees aren’t treated very well overall across all positions, people are frequently asked to take pay cuts or demoted, massive employee turnover, many members of management treat employees like second class citizens & that they are expendable (turns out most people end up being so), poor conflict resolution system.
