Pros

Worked at Davidson for 3 years. Started as a salesperson and then changed positions a few times. They are very loyal and personable at the top, and they value hard work. With some proactivity, there is room to grow with the company over time. In a stereotypically cutthroat business, they run a very professional and cordial ship.

Cons

With a value for innovation, comes constant change. At times, change happens too quickly without letting ideas ruminate for a substantial period.
