Corporate hasn't the slightest idea of the way in which their individual properties are managed operationally or the overall deteriorating condition of the buildings. They post a wonderful list of "core values" to which they do not adhere. I've been in the workforce for many years and never have I experienced such a disdain for employees, complacency with understanding the nuances of what's happening within their individual properties, or witnessed such a dismissiveness regarding the human element employees bring to the table along with a cavalier attitude regarding the high rate of employee turnover. They put on a great show of "Smoke & Mirrors" but it begins and ends there. I wish I had never crossed paths with this company. Do. Not. Work. Here.
